Tower Sessions (Group)

Tower sessions incorporate the use of the Wall Unit (Tower) along with Mat work. This challenging work is recommended for those who have taken several Beginner Mat classes and are familiar with Pilates movement and language. By utilizing the Tower, you will lengthen and strengthen the muscles of the arms and legs for that long lean look while continuing to strengthen your core. Be prepared for a challenging and rewarding workout! A great way to tone from head to toe.
