Apparatus Sessions (Private & Semi-Private)

Joseph Pilates based his “Apparatus” training on the individual client needs and the personal connection that comes from working “your unique body”. Combining springs and straps and unfamiliar body movements on unusual “Apparatus” can be an intimidating at first, though ultimately, it is a rewarding experience that will transform your body from the inside out.

Many of the movements are initially complex and the equipment requires Private instruction to master. At Joy of Pilates, LLC we recommend at least 5 Private sessions (10 sessions being the ideal) on the Apparatus before moving to Semi-Private sessions.

Apparatus sessions include use of the Mat, Reformer, Cadillac, Chairs, Barrels and Magic Circle.
